We want you to love your Kosas products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
